Chapman’s is a small partnership in South London. The practice is long established but Chapmans wanted to update their image and create a web presence.

Brief
The requirements were to:
  • Increase brand profile and attract new clients
  • Update their branding (incorporating a name change)
  • Design and build a new website
  • Design and print marketing literature
Solution
Chapmans wanted to be perceived as long-established yet modern and forward thinking. We designed a more contemporary logo, which was implemented into all printed material and signage.

Next, we developed a website to reflect this new image, which was shown through the typefaces, photos and the uncluttered design. The website is clean, clear and easy to access; a client is never more than 3 clicks away from the required information. The website was also programmed to function efficiently and be easily updated.

Optimisation and search engine submission were taken into account from the very start. The website is targeted at a local clientele. All nearby towns, as well as practice services, are therefore included in the key words and meta tags to point the search engine enquiries to the website.

We also designed and printed a series of colour-coded leaflets to cover all of Chapmans’ services. These leaflets were incorporated within the relevant website sections for easy downloading.
